IACDE Application

The undersigned hereby makes application for a Chapter Membership in the International Association of Clothing Designers and Executives, a non-profit organization, chartered for the following objectives and purposes:

To act as a reservoir of technical knowledge for use by the membership of the IACDE
To function as a forum for the discussion of professional problems encountered by duly accredited members of the IACDE
To contribute to research and development seminars at all principle conventions of the IACDE
To operate on a non-profit basis with no earnings, or part thereof, to be used to the benefit of any individual or organization.

And the undersigned further pledges to pay membership dues to the IACDE in the amount of:

Industrial Chapter Membership $700
Manufacturing Executives Chapter Membership $400
Retail Tailoring Directors/Executives Chapter Membership $400
Designer Chapter Membership $400
Education Chapter Membership $400

The signatory agrees to remit all payments of membership dues.
Dues paid to IACDE may be deducted for income tax purposes as a promotional business expense.
Dues are payable annually.
